El Jaish have  announced the contract renewal of the French head coach Sabri Lamouchi for one more season 2016/2017 according to the Club official website.

 El Jaish Sports Club contracted with Sabri Lamouchi on the mid-season succeeding the Tunisian Nabeel Maaloul.  Last season, Lamouchi  led El Jaish to final of both the  Emir Cup and Qatar Cup.

This move was made by the Club Management meant to maintain the stability within the football team staff.Lamouchi arrived in Doha recently and led Tuesday's training session, ahead of  El Jaish travelling to their training camp in Austria.
