QSL outfit El Jaish has begun preparations for their crunch AFC Champions League clash against UAE Arabian Gulf League side Al Ain.
The Jaish squad went straight back to training on Sunday evening, following their 1-0 QSL victory over Al Wakrah. Head coach Sabri Lamouchi oversaw his team take part in some light recovery drills ahead of their match on Wednesday evening at Lekhwiya stadium.
The second placed QSL side, will be looking for a repeat performance against the current Arabian Gulf League champions. Last week Jaish recorded a vital 2-1 away win in the UAE, thanks to goals from attackers Abderrazzaq Hamedallah and Romarinho.
El Jaish are currently top of group D, and have to play Al Ahli (KSA) and Nasaf (UZB).
