Last week Qatar Sports Club (QSC) put 7 goals past Al Wakrah but in round 12 the kings welcomed Umm Salal to the Suheim Bin Hamad Stadium, a game that saw one of teh best attacks (QSC) take on one of the best defences.

And as many speculated this was a tough and physical encounter. Both teams had chances but that final bit of quality was missing when it was most needed.

Both teams were reduced to ten men, first Umm Salal's Ahmed Fathy recived his second yellow in the 39th minute which meant his teammates had to put in tough shift just to keep things level before the break.

Then at the very end of the second half Mohammed Omar too got his marching orders after a second yellow.

With Umm Salal playing the majority of the match with 10 men they will be the happier side as they managed to gain a point from a difficult away clash.

The result means QSC stays in 5th with 20 points and Umm Salal are in 7th with 19 points in the Qatar Stars League.
