Al Wakrah Sports Club recently parted ways with Tunisian coach Maher Kenzari, replacing him with Algerian tactician Nourdine Zakri.

However the club’s management wanted to end things on a good note especially since Kenzari managed to help the club avoid relegation last season. This Friday the club’s administration has decided to honour their previous coach with a leaving ceremony at the club's headquarters.

The Club decided that although Kenzari had done his best it was important to get the team back to winning ways and so they brought in Zakri. 

Kenzari had been unfortunate with a number of injuries that hampered the start to his season in chanrge.

The President of the club HE Sheikh Hassan bin Khalifa Al-Thani will also be in attendance at the ceremony.
