Qatar telecoms giant Ooredoo has been announced as an official business partner of the Qatar Stars League (QSL) for the 2016/2017 season signing an official agreement with the QSL on Tuesday morning at Al Bidda tower, the home of Qatari football.
Speaking on the agreement Hani Ballan CEO said. "It is a great honour to have such a well-known company such as Ooredoo sign for the Qatar Stars League season. Our aim at the QSL is to spread the word of football in Qatar and with the help of Ooredoo we will be able to reach to everyone in Qatar. We look forward to working with them during the course of the season and in future competitions."
Speaking at the signing ceremony Sheikh Al bin Jabor Al Thani Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer at Ooredoo said; “On behalf of Ooredoo I would like to thank Mr Hani and the Qatar Stars League, we are pleased to be apart of this sponsorship deal with the QSL. We will be collaborating with the QSL in order to encourage families and fans to the stadium. We’re happy to be supporting the Qatar Stars League, as it inspires people to join in the spirit of football.”
