The Referees Department of Qatar Football Association announced referees for Week 13 matches of the 2022-2023 season QNB Stars League.

On Saturday, February 4, the fixtures are Al Sadd vs Umm Salal and Al Rayyan vs Al Arabi, both at Al Sadd Stadium, and Al Wakrah vs Al Gharafa and Al Duhail vs Al Ahli, both at Al Duhail Stadium.

On Sunday, February 5, the fixtures are Al Markhiya vs Qatar SC and Al Shamal vs Al Sailiya, both at Qatar SC Stadium.

The assignment of referees for the six matches, according to the official website of Qatar Football Association, is as follows:
