Al Duhail will be up against Al Arabi in what is expected to be a strong game in the quarterfinal of 2023-2024 season Ooredoo Cup at the Hamad Bin Khalifa Stadium of Al Ahli club on Thursday, December 28, 2023. The kick-off is at 7.30pm.

Both teams are eagerly anticipating a victory in order to secure a spot in the semifinals and have a chance to compete for the title.

Defending champions Al Duhail finished second in Group B with nine points, tying with Al Rayyan, who occupied the top spot on better goal difference.

Al Duhail had an impressive record in Group B, winning three matches and suffering only one loss. They managed to score five goals while conceding just twice.

On the other hand, Al Arabi secured third position in Group A with eight points, trailing behind group leaders Umm Salal and Al Ahli.

Al Arabi had a mixed performance in the group stage, winning two matches, drawing as many and losing one. They scored five goals, but conceded eight times.

Both sides had faced off in Week 3 of Expo Stars League and played out a thrilling 3-3 draw.
