As part of preparations for 2023-2024 season Ooredoo Cup, the Qatar Stars League (QSL) held the tournament’s draw on Monday, August 28, 2023, at its headquarters in Al Bidda Tower, in the presence of Mr. Ahmed Salman Al Adsani, Director of Competitions Department at QSL, Mr. Nasser Yaqoub Laram Salmeen, Director of Sales and Marketing Department at QSL, and Mr. Ahmed Abdullah Al Sayed, Head of Football Operations at QSL, besides the representatives of Ooredoo, the official sponsor of the tournament – Mr. Sabah Rabiah Al Kuwari, Director of Public Relations, Mr. Ahmed Al Banai, Manager CSR & Sponsorship, and representatives of club companies.

The clubs were divided into two groups based on the final standings in the 2022-2023 season league championship.

THE DRAW

GROUP A

Al Arabi, Al Wakrah, Qatar SC, Al Ahli, Umm Salal, Muaither.

GROUP B

Al Duhail, Al Sadd, Al Gharafa, Al Markhiya, Al Rayyan, Al Shamal.
