The Qatar Stars League (QSL) held Technical Meeting for the second leg of 2023-2024 season Expo Stars League on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at its headquarters in Al Bidda Tower.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Ahmed Salman Al Adsani, Director of Competitions Department at QSL, Mr. Ahmed Abdullah Al Sayed, Head of Football Operations at QSL, and Mr. Abdulrahman Abdou, representative of Referees Department of Qatar Football Association, in addition to the representatives of club companies.

Mr. Al Adsani welcomed all attendees and representatives of club companies, stressing the need to continue constructive co-operation between QSL and clubs in order to achieve goals and aspirations during the 2023-2024 football season.

The following points were discussed and reviewed:

- Instructions regarding organizational matters, highlighting the importance of attending the stadium on specified dates, and adhering to all official procedures on Match Days.

- Approval of official kits of each team (main and reserve).
