The Referees Department of Qatar Football Association (QFA) announced referees for Week 15 matches of the 2022-2023 season QNB Stars League.

Matches will be played on Monday and Tuesday, February 20 and 21, 2023.

The assignment of referees for the six matches, as per the official website of QFA, is as follows:

Match Referee, First Assistant, Second Assistant, Fourth Official, VAR Referee and AVAR Referee in that order.
