Al Rayyan have announced the signing of goalkeeper Sami Habib Baladi, who joins from Umm Salal with a contract extending until 2029, in order to strengthen the team’s goalkeeping lineup for the 2024-2025 Ooredoo Stars League season.
 
The contract with the young goalkeeper came to strengthen the goalkeeping position in the team, especially after Saud Al Hajri retired and joined the administrative staff as Vice President of the club’s football staff.
 
The club also renewed the contracts of players Osama Al Tairi, Abdullah Al Ali and Tamim Mansour for a period of five years until 2029, Al Rayyan Club said in a statement via their official X account.
 
Al Rayyan had also announced the renewal of the contract of player Abdullah Al Menhali until 2027.
 
Al Rayyan launched their training in Doha ahead of the overseas camp in the Netherlands from July 10 to 29 in preparation for the new season.
