Al Shamal coach Nuno Almeida spoke to the media ahead of their 2024-2025 season Ooredoo Stars League Week 4 match against Al Gharafa.
“Once again, a difficult match awaits us in the league. We will face one of the best teams that includes a group of distinguished players, and it is also an organized and strong team, but at the same time we are ready for the match and we look forward to presenting a good level and translating that level into a positive result.
“We seek to solve the problems we suffered from in the past matches, during the upcoming match, and we will also try to stop the keys to danger in the Al Gharafa team, which we have all respect for. We look forward to achieving a positive result,” said Almeida.
Al Shamal player Aldokali Al Sayed said, “Of course, it will not be an easy match in view of the strengths of the competitors who have players at the highest level.
“We respect the competitors and realize the difficulty of facing them, but that will not stand in the way of our ambition to achieve victory and collect the three points.
“We seek to regain victories again and we hope to achieve the desired result, and not disappoint the club management and the team’s technical staff.”
